For ReClif Community’s annual event, the mission was clear: create a bold, uplifting backdrop that celebrates the organization’s impact while giving guests a polished, professional space for photos, storytelling, and connection.
We built a full balloon installation around the organization’s branded step‑and‑repeat backdrop, using a rich, modern palette of gold, black, white, red, and gray. The design was intentionally structured to frame the ReClif logo at center stage — ensuring the brand remained the hero of every photo taken throughout the event.
Oversized metallic balloons added height and luxury, while tassel accents brought movement and texture to the setup. The result was a warm, energetic, community‑focused display that elevated the room without overwhelming it. For the Delta SKY360° Club, the goal was simple: create a high‑end, photo‑worthy entrance that matched the exclusivity of the space.  A visual cue that guests were stepping into something elevated. The arch framed the club’s glass entryway, creating a bold, welcoming focal point that guests naturally gravitated toward. Gold stanchions and velvet ropes completed the VIP feel, turning the entrance into a full experience rather than a simple doorway.
